They’ve evolved from the purely utilitarian ugly black rubber goulashes my mom insisted that I wear as a child and are now as wild and beautiful and colorful as anyone could hope for. Tommy Hilfiger Duck Boots
This season, Tommy Hilfiger has transformed the all-weather/all-purpose outdoor duck boot into one of the hottest styles on the catwalk. This classic style comes complete with leather, suede and rubber to keep out the wet but Tommy also added the couture look to this fall’s offering. This season’s Tommy Hilfiger Bennington Duck Boot comes with a strikingly long 19” laced shaft and high heel.
Love the look but not sure you can pull off the thigh high version of these delightful boots? Not to worry. TH also designed a shorter version of the duck boot heel – the Bennington Low Duck Boot.
Tommy Hilfiger Flat Boots
Personally, I’ve always preferred flat boots. I find them much more comfortable to wear as well as to walk in. However, shorter women don’t always like walking through crowds with others’ chests at their eye level, and so tend to prefer heels.
